Jason J. Heany
Jason J. Heany graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2001, earning a B.S. in Spanish with a minor in Criminal Justice. After teaching high school Spanish for two years and coaching high school baseball, he decided to continue his education. In 2006 he graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a Juris Doctorate, was entered into The Missouri Bar and opened his own practice the very same year.
He later partnered with Steve Angle, a retired judge of 25 years, and in May of 2011 joined the law firm of Dull & Heany. On January 1, 2025, Mr. Heany opened a law practice in his hometown of Windsor, Missouri. Legal services are currently provided in Henry, Johnson, Benton and Pettis counties.
Jason J. Heany has defended hundreds of individuals charged in DWI cases and serious felonies throughout the state of Missouri. He has successfully argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, and handles any matter from minor municipal ordinance violations to complicated felony charges.
